Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and free of pet hair, then place it back in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
